Sipseek Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sipseek.com and Sipseek's related services (collectively, the "Services"). Sipseek is operated by Nappuzakku Inc. ("Sipseek," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Sipseek provides beverage discovery, catalog, artificial-intelligence, data-access, submission, and shopping features. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.
You must use the Services lawfully and be legally able to agree to these Terms. Additional terms presented with a feature or accepted in a separate written agreement also apply to that feature or relationship.
Information and AI
Sipseek is a discovery service, not an authoritative product-label, medical, dietary, regulatory, pricing, or inventory source. Information and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
Verify important information with current product packaging, the manufacturer, seller, or a qualified professional before relying on it. Sipseek does not provide medical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice.
Content You Submit
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You represent that you may lawfully provide it and that it is not misleading.
You grant Sipseek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, format, display, and distribute submitted content as reasonably needed to operate and improve the Services. Submitting a brand or claiming a listing does not guarantee approval, placement, or continued availability.
Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal information that is not needed for the feature you are using.
Data Access and Acceptable Use
Use of Sipseek's catalog data is also governed by the Sipseek Data License, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You may not misuse the Services, violate law or another person's rights, bypass access or security controls, interfere with the Services, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or extract or reuse data except as permitted by Sipseek.
Brand Visibility
Sipseek may boost or otherwise give greater visibility to some brands or content. We will identify paid or sponsored content where required. Any business arrangement with Sipseek is governed by the separate written terms accepted by that business.
Product Orders Placed Through Sipseek
Products made available through Sipseek are sold and fulfilled by the seller identified at checkout. The seller is responsible for the product, order, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and customer support.
Checkout and payment may be handled by a seller or payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Review the seller, price, shipping terms, and return policy before paying. See our Support Policy for help with an order.
Intellectual Property
The Services and Sipseek-created content are owned by Sipseek or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, trademarks, content, and product information remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Sipseek does not necessarily imply endorsement or affiliation.

Third-Party Services
The Services may use or link to third-party services. Sipseek does not control and is not responsible for their content, products, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or end access to the Services for violations of these Terms, other applicable terms, law, or security requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES, DATA, AND AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPSEEK DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPSEEK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPSEEK'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SIPSEEK FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
If you use the Services for a business, submit business content, or use Sipseek data commercially, you agree to indemnify Sipseek and its affiliates against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or content you submit without sufficient rights or authority.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Delaware. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law, and we may request affirmative acceptance when appropriate.
