Sipseek Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 23, 2026
Sipseek is operated by Nappuzakku Inc. ("Sipseek," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use sipseek.com and Sipseek's related services (collectively, the "Services").
Information We Collect
You can browse most of Sipseek without creating an account. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- contact information, submissions, files, and communications you provide;
- requests, prompts, and other content you send through interactive features;
- technical and usage information about your device and interactions with the Services;
- business, order, and transaction information when you use business or shopping features; and
- brand and product information from submissions, representatives, and public sources.
Please do not send sensitive personal or confidential information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.
SipSeek uses a strictly necessary, first-party catalog session cookie to limit automated browsing and protect the service from abuse. The cookie contains a random signed identifier, expires after 24 hours, is not available to client-side scripts, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Catalog rate-limit identifiers are pseudonymous and do not contain raw IP addresses.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; respond to requests; review submissions and claims; support business relationships and transactions; prevent misuse; enforce our terms; comply with law; and protect Sipseek, our users, and others.
AI and Interactive Features
Content submitted to AI or other interactive features may be processed by Sipseek and service providers to provide the requested feature, maintain security, and improve reliability. AI systems can make mistakes, and you should not include sensitive information in prompts.
MCP Request Logging
For MCP and similar technical interfaces, we may log metadata such as client software and version, protocol version, HTTP method, operation and tool names, argument names and data types, timestamps, approximate country, Cloudflare edge location, network provider number (ASN), day-rotating pseudonymous session identifiers, request identifiers, status codes, timing, and request or response sizes where available. We do not intentionally include raw MCP search terms, argument values, request bodies, full returned catalog records, authorization credentials, or full user-agent strings in these request logs.
Detailed MCP request metadata is retained for up to 30 days. Tool-execution events are retained for up to 90 days, and pseudonymous activity and security records are retained for up to 180 days. Query-free aggregate statistics may be retained longer.
Transactions
When you make a purchase or enter a business relationship, relevant information may be processed by Sipseek, the seller, a payment provider, or other parties needed to complete and support the transaction. Those parties may apply their own privacy practices.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information:
- to service providers that support our operations, including hosting, security, analytics, communications, AI, and transactions;
- to sellers and other transaction participants as needed to complete or support a request;
- when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
- in connection with a corporate transaction; or
- with your direction or consent.
Information submitted for a public catalog or listing may be displayed publicly. Contact details and verification materials provided only for review are not intended for public display.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Retention and Security
Except for the MCP periods described above, we retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided. We may verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will honor additional rights provided by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Links and third-party services are governed by their own privacy practices. Sipseek is not responsible for those practices.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date identifies the current version.
